Experience Points, Gold, and Other Currencies

Earning experience and gold

You earn 1 1 each time you play a game on the site (maximum once every two minutes). You can also earn experience and gold from completing quests. When you complete a quest listed in your Active Quest list, you earn the specified gold reward amount automatically. If you have energy when you complete a quest, you also earn an additional 5 (and your energy decreases by one).

Energy replenishes at a rate of 1 per hour. Special items obtained from questing or purchased in the gold shop can boost the amount of gold you earn from quests, increase your energy, or cause your energy to regenerate faster.

In addition to quests, there are many other ways to earn gold, including: completing achievements, winning player challenges, placing in the top 10% in the Leaderboard, and winning the Take a Chance game or the Lottery game in the Gold Shop.

What are experience points for?

Experience points accumulate to "level up" your account, as a status symbol and also to unlock certain site features. This experience table lists the possible experience levels, the associated title, any bonus gained, and how many experience points are required to ascend.

What do I do with gold?

Gold can be spent in the Gold Shop, where you can purchase services or buy consumables, runes, equipment and other items. Consumables include things like lottery tickets and potions. Runes allow you to unlock abilities that enhance your account in some way. Equipment, such as weapons and rings, are magical items that provide special bonuses, but they must be equipped to gain the effect.

You can also use gold as a wager to challenge other players to a high score competition on your favorite game, gift it to newer players, or just save it for a rainy day.
