Oh, great. I love to cook. I made up this recipe for taco seasoning. 1 lb. meat (I prefer ground sirloin) 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp garlic 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper dash(es) cayenne pepper (depends on how hot you like it) 1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (for thickening) 1 cup water Brown meat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until thickened. Then, make tacos..........yea...ariba, ariba....lol. |

So far, this is the recipe that has recieved the most attention. It's called Dirt Pudding
Dirt Pudding 2 small pkgs. French Vanilla Instant Pudding 3 cups milk 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 stick margarine 1 cup confectioners sugar 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip 1 large pkg. Oreo Cookies
Beat together pudding and milk just long enough to blend. Mix together the cream cheese and margarine. Add this to the pudding mixture with a whisk. Gradually add the Cool Whip and sugar. Crunch Oreo Cookies and put half of the crumbs in an 8 x 12 pan. Then add the pudding and the rest of the Oreo Cookies. |

Loretta Lynn's Coal Miner's Daughter's Gooey Cake
Ingredients: 1 box German chocolate cake mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup Cool Whip 3 Heath candy bars (frozen) 1 jar caramel topping
Bake cake according to directions. While warm, poke holes halfway into cake, about 1" apart. Pour condensed milk into holes. Pour caramel over cake and refrigerate. Once cooked, top with Cool Whip and crushed candy bars. Refrigerate overnight. |

I am so glad that you liked that Lovealphonso. But I noticed something with that recipe. I didn't notice it until I placed it here. The recipe says "Pour caramel over cake and refrigerate". Then it goes on to say "Once cooked, top with Cool Whip and crushed candy bars". You cook it in the refrigerator? You bake it and then cook it? And then you refrigerate it twice? |

Rock, I noticed that too when I first read it. I think it is a typo and should probably say "Once cooled..." That is the only thing that makes sense, don't ya' think? |
