Myself (and my aliases) rockcastle and 60srock are unable to feature a game on our profiles, I already have a featured game but I wish to change it. Since my aliases have had that problem I haven't tried to change the featured game on my profile. Just waiting until rockcastle and 60srock get resolved. This issue has been outstanding for MANY days now so I have been very patient with you. |

No,I'm trying to purchase those remaining three runes and it says item not found. Now,I bought a rune that I already have and can't sell or use it. I need to purchase a rune to complete one of my quests. In other words,just found out that if you purchase a rune you've already unlocked,you can't sell or use it. plus,I'm out 200 in gold........ |

If I understand correctly, you haven't "lost" anything saucyone, is that right? It just won't let you unlock the runes (saying item not found) but you still have the rune. It just won't activate.
I've been trying to find what's causing that, but haven't found it yet. Spent a couple hours on it so far but it's being tricky. Will keep you posted. |

Saucyone, I see you first reported your problem with runes here in the forum on the 20th of this month. I understand that you are still experiencing the same problem.
If I had the authority, I would refund the gold you used to purchase the runes. I would also give you additional gold due to this problem not being handled in a timely manner (within 24 hours). I also think you should be due additional gold for reporting this problem first and considering the severity of this problem. This last part has to due with karma and other items that have been openly discussed and (it seems) only partially enacted. Like some things here, things get talked about and are said "to be coming" but get lost on a back burner somewhere.
Like I said Saucyone, I would "IF" I had the authority. It seems the proper things to do to keep happy and LOYAL players.
But I DO NOT have the authority. But I do watch and listen to EVERY complaint / problem reported in this forum and I fully support EVERY player whose reported problems have yet to be resolved.

i played 30 games. 4 number 1 high scores, rated several games ....zero runes on my path , so...saucy and rock... be happy, you both find many runes :)

I read what you wrote saucyone (sorry if you thought I was ignoring you). I'm not sure what could cause an item not found error when activating a rune, think it may have been a one-time glitch. Please let me know if the same thing happens again. |

Haplo, please disregard my sound issue mentioned below. The problem was on my end and has been resolved.
