hi anybody/Haplo ...my way of looking tells me that rune's are very nice to play , but getting a lottery ticket for free..........! .. no, ..earlier there were more people whom buy a ticket/s ...now i have count 7 players, that is not much...reason....free tickets , better give more runes / broken runes instead as tickets.
Just my opinion :)

| I think what you're saying is that when you get a random item for completing a quest, a lottery ticket comes up too often, and it'd be better if the chance of getting a lottery ticket was lowered so that you have more chances to get runes and other items? Did I read that right? |

| no, i mean that free tickets keep players away from BUYING a ticket , so the count of players that buy a ticket EVEN to climb in leadership grows and offcourse '' the jackpot '' :) |

Free tickets now increase the jackpot as well, just the same as buying a ticket. I made that change last week.
Also I don't think free tickets is reducing the number of people buying tickets. It's just only this week that you see how many people are buying tickets because of the mission. But I can assure you, before this week there were always very few players who bought tickets. That's why it has always been relatively easy to win the lottery, because there weren't many people buying tickets. I think the mission is acting as an "advertisement" for the lottery in fact, making more people aware of it and probably encouraging more people to buy tickets.
That said, I do think the lottery is being won too often now. Between the free tickets, and now especially the mission, the lottery is being won quite often. A few months ago I increased the odds of winning the lottery because it was taking too long to win, sometimes a few weeks. Now that people get free tickets, and there is a mission to buy tickets on top of it, it may be time to reduce the chances of winning the lottery again. The odds are always equal for everyone, so making it harder doesn't make it unfair, everyone still has equal chances per ticket, but it would make it so that it isn't won quite as often, and the prize/jackpot would tend to be larger. I think this is a change I'm going to make after the week is over. Stay tuned and I'll give info if/when that change happens. |

Haplo, i understand you, offcourse you see as admin all actions, we not . You have a point ...more tickets ...more random winners, Ok? , i agreed . @Saucy...no ...not limit...a lottery should never be infected by software manipulatiuon, just random luck, is my opinion :)
