Unable To Feature Game On Profile

I have unlocked a rune that allows me to feature a game on my profile. I tried to feature Dog Game but nothing happened. Please correct this.

I am also having the same problem. Purchased and unlocked a rune to feature a game on my profile. When I attempted to feature the game (a different game), nothing happened.
