Just a heads-up to anyone who's thinking about purchasing the "Strength Potion".
Ive become addicted to it (almost). The problem is...i havent actually -Needed- it yet!
If your thinking of purchasing the "Strength Potion", a few things to keep in mind -before- you do.
First of all, be sure to play the game enough times, until your -sure- you cant beat the best score you can manage.
Then, -wait-, give it enough time to see what others score before you. (UNLESS its a Maximum Score game), in wich case, if your sure you can achieve the Maximum Score the game enables, then purchase the potion right away, and -secure- your score.
Finally, keep playing the game, weither it be a daily tournament, so you have 24 hours, or a weekly tournament etc, "Keep" playing the game for as long as it permits you to gain your best score.
Sometimes if you play a game enough, you'll find a "Pattern" or "Automatic Structure", where your able to gain higher and higher scores.
Ive purchased the "Strength Potion" many times, i love new toys! Buttt, ive learnt that, each time ive got it, i -didnt- actually need it after all.
I was able score well enough without it.
HOWEVER, its a super brillaint, inexpensive tool, and i urge players to try it at least once when you -really- want a particular game score, and your confident to reach it again, PURCAHSE THE POTION, it makes ALOT of difference.
Have Faith in YOURSELF =]
Hope this is helpful peoples! =]

**Please Note** Weither or not you have any sword enabled at the same time as purchasing the "Strength Potion", does NOT enance the score.
The "Strength Potion" (when used/in action), gives you a 3% bonus to your score, being the final score.
No swords enabled at the time would add any extra value ontop of the 3% potion bonus/value.
just enjoy USING it! its set for an hour, (it takes some time to gain your best at certain games),but ENJOY using it!

Yeah I've used it, 1 hour is good, any less time would be a rip-off!
You put up some good advice there using it Toast. Unlike the swords, you have to be a bit experienced on a game to use a potion with it.
I have so far used it for low-scoring high-score games on the tournaments, and it's served me well. I don't use a sword anymore, so it puts me equal with a sword-equipped player on games like kuirin runner and infront of a sword user on pedestrian killer, 151 score or over giving you 5 extra points!
Those benefits should feel like they're increased with higher scoring games. |
