I honestly think the Leadership bit is an awesome thing - extremely competitive, especially on the last day!
The last day is usually when I get an extra couple hours of sleep (morning here instead of opposite due to different time zone) and that is when I am disadvantaged, making my previous days of the week's efforts to be quite pointless, but that's just where the fun is.
Competitve. Absolutely competitive.
What's also funny about it is that sometimes I am surprised that my name gets on the leaderboards list of previous weeks, and I would wonder "how did that happen?"
Anyway, just thought I might post a comment on the cute feature called Leadership Awards.
