Posted - 09/18/2013 : 09:10:16 Haplo!! I mentioned it in my last post, but i guess maybe you didn't see it, but when you try to buy a lottery ticket or TAKE A CHANCE, it keeps flashing from the middle of the page, to half page size. You have to try to catch it on the fly as it keeps moving back and forth .I know you can take care of this. Thanks. |

Posted - 09/22/2013 : 04:52:50 Whatever change you made, made it much better. It still does it, but not as bad. I can live with it the way it is. Thanks. |

Posted - 09/21/2013 : 06:12:55 I read your reply to my problem, and thanks for lookling in to it. In answer to your questions: yes, I am using IE9 as the browser. The jumping happens for all items in the gold shop, and also on the mail pop-up page. It is OK when I open the Settings dialog page and does not flash back and forth. When I move the curser to accept or to buy anything or try to delete messages on mail page, that's when it keeps jumping back and forth. Hope my answers were to your satisfaction. |

Posted - 09/20/2013 : 20:27:36 I am looking into this, but so far have been unable to reproduce the problem. Your account shows you are using IE9 as your web browser, is that correct? Also, does the problem only happen for those 2 items, lottery ticket and take a chance, or for all items in the gold shop? Also, from your user menu if you open the Settings dialog for your account, does that popup exhibit the flashing size problem or does it work properly there?
So far I have been unable to get my browser to behave as you are describing on any of the popups, even when I use IE9. Also in the code, there *is* a bit of code that resizes the popup width but it only executes once when the popup is first loaded.... I can't find anything so far that could possible cause it to continually change size. Yet I believe you that it is doing it on your computer. But it's very difficult to fix something if I can't get my browser to reproduce the problem as described. I am still searching though, hopefully I will find out what is causing this!
If you could answer the questions I asked in the first paragraph that might help me figure it out. I will let you know if I discover any more info on this matter. |
