1. Bug has been fixed which prevented gold gains as well as xp gains at max level (99). Only xp gains should have been prevented. This has now been fixed.
2. There was indeed a critical bug in the donation system causing it to fail intermittently. Looked through old database backups and was able to verify some of the gold lost. Compensated some players at approx the amount I think they lost. Best I can do under the circumstances. Changed the gold ledger logs to store records for 1000 days (approx 3 years) instead of just 90 days so this info will be more readily available. Our database should be able to handle it without a problem, reports will just be a little trickier for me to generate. But really need to keep that info around longer. Donation system in the gold shop has been temporarily disabled until it can be recreated in a more reliable form.
3. The following users have been banned for cheating. It was verified in each case beyond a shadow of a doubt in my mind before taking action.
hackez, jamescesar777, meprofree, kitialeah, tasos, esezoz, peter1, georgephil, greatplayer, heatblast, kingsley
Their scores on some top players boards are permanently frozen but not deleted (like most awards and most gold), but their all-time high scores have all been deleted, and the accounts themselves permanently unable to login. So their stats will not change, and their scores have been removed from all games so it doesn't influence all-time high scores.
Feel free to ask if you have any questions or comments, but if one of your friends is on the list my decision is final so no point in arguing about it. |

Verified fixed. But still a slight problem. True, I am now getting Gold. The Gold shows in my ledger. But it does NOT show up on the "Earn / Experience Points and Gold" page. That page shows I completed nothing but my ledger correctly shows the tasks / items that I completed.

Yeah, the ring of wisdom is useless once you get to max level. No plans to expand xp past level 99. You should sell it. |

I am level 99. I also have the Ring Of Wisdom which gives me 2 XP instead of 1 XP. Since XP is frozen at my level, wouldn't it be useful for me to now "sell" my Ring Of Wisdom? Are there any plans to un-freeze the XP for level 99 and up? I would hate to sell it now and then have it become useful at some later date. |

Like the other players before me, thank you Haplo for your efforts. I haven't yet verified your point #1 below but I will let you know if it continues to be a problem. On your point #2 below, according to my records, 11,820 Gold is still missing. But I also understand your problems in verification. I am just so thankful that the majority of the missing Gold is now returned.

I just have a slight problem with this. One slight problem and one question. Related to your quote below.
The players listed below were banned for cheating. OK. But yet 8 minutes after they were banned 159 Gold (times 7) was donated to them. Alright, I understand how you did this, but in a way (sort of) it looks like rewarding them for cheating. I don't know of a better way of doing that. But still.... Not a big deal or issue.
Now my question. Let's say, for instance, one (or more) of these banned players took one (or more) of my "all-time high scores". Would I now get my "all time high score" back on my "history" list?
