What are the buzzing thoughts about this fine new item in the gold shop?
I have two opposite notions...My car has a manual gear box, i dont mind changing the gears with my left hand while holding my foot on the clutch.
But i -like- automatics, because they feel smoother, sleeker, and more refined. (all be it a lazy driving experience)-(but great for longer journeys).
I dont -need- the new sword, but id like to own one -just- for the gimmick and pleasure of it.
I rarely -need- the strength potion, but im as addicted to buying it, as i am with sugar coated coconut string.

After using the sword for a while, I've found I've grown to really appreciate not having to swap, more than I appreciated it at first. I wouldn't do without it! |

Lets hope that the 'Slots' become available to purchase some time soon! Its been mentioned on the forum a few times now, would be great to see it happen *thumbs up* |

There is another thought that hasn't been brought up here. I agree this new sword has a hefty price attached to it. Frankly I can't see paying that much just for the luxury of not needing to switch swords.
But think about it for a minute. This new sword replaces 3 previous swords. Think about purchasing this new sword and then selling the 3 old swords. By doing this would reduce the price of this new sword substantially.
I was against this new sword at first. But the more that I thought about it, I just might take the plunge and do that.
Going even further, this new sword is not what I really wanted. I have everything that I need. Well, I have everything that I need except for 2 items. So I just wish admin would do the same idea with the rings...not the swords. I definitely would pay a hefty price to free up some slots so that I can purchase these 2 other items. Combining my rings would free up 1 slot. Maybe adding additional slots for a hefty price would be another idea. |

I couldnt agree more, it -does- look great. And it -is- important to have goals to work towards/achieve.

Yeh, I was doing fine without any swords, just using the potion. But I HAD to get this, bar the cost, purely because it looks great! MIIIIINNEEE!!
Of course, it solves problems with swapping swords (which I did have issues with). The price is extremely hefty, but it adds depth to the site when there's powerful items, distant goals can add more reason to establish yourself better here.
People may think it unfair for things to have a big price, where only the rich can afford it, but the rich worked very hard and you need amazing rewards for being dedicated and improving your skills. It should only inspire people to work towards it!
Things would be pretty boring if there weren't any huge goals to achieve. |
